About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Oncology Nurse to join our team at Swedish Edmonds. As a member of our nursing staff, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in the surgical oncology department, including pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in surgical oncology.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • 1 year of Nursing experience.
