Key Responsibilities

  • Implement occupational therapy services with minimal supervision, adhering to established policies and procedures.
  • Supervise and mentor therapy assistants to ensure seamless delivery of care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
  • Contribute to case management and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
  • Current Indiana therapy license or ability to obtain one.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
