Hotel Housekeeper Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our housekeeping team at Ayer Motor Inn. As a Hotel Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all guest areas and back of house spaces. This includes cleaning and sanitizing rooms, hallways, and common areas, as well as restocking amenities and supplies.

You will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding timely to guests' requests, and ensuring that departmental standards are met. Additionally, you will need to report any necessary maintenance items and follow safety and sanitation policies.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, be highly responsible and reliable, and able to work as part of a team and independently. Previous housekeeping experience is a plus, but not necessary. A reliable vehicle is required for transportation to work locations.
