Job Title: Full-Time Server/Dishwasher

At Longview, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Server/Dishwasher to join our team. As a Server/Dishwasher, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of service and quality in our dining room.

Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Director of Dining, this position will be responsible for serving at mealtimes, cleaning and prepping for the following meal, and maintaining a clean and safe dining environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist in the preparation of salads, desserts, and fruit as directed.
  2. Thoroughly clean the dining room and server area in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  3. Perform duties in a timely fashion and within approved time frames.
  4. Exercise good judgment in preparation of proper food quantities and timely preparation.
  5. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor, assistant manager, and/or manager.
  6. Complete mandatory training and/or routine training per facility policy.
  7. Busing tables in-between courses, after service busing tables, and resetting for the following meals.
  8. Cleaning of pots and pans, as well as dishes.
  9. Weekly deliming of the dish machine.
  10. Sweeping and mopping nightly.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  1. A high school diploma or GED
  2. 1 year of experience serving, preferably
