Job SummaryThe successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of recent, full-time experience in Cardiac ICU and/or Cardiovascular ICU/CVICU RN. You will be responsible for conducting detailed clinical assessments, prioritizing patient and family needs, creating, implementing, and evaluating care plans, and adjusting plans to reach desired outcomes.

- Create, implement, and evaluate care plans
- Adjust plans to reach desired outcomes
- Build relationships, manage discomfort, and stay professional in therapeutic connections with patients and families
- Help educate patients, families, nurses, and community members to empower them with knowledge for better healthcare choices
- Assess and document learning needs regularly
- Work with colleagues and community to create a care plan
- Delegate tasks carefully and follow up promptly
- Use different strategies for problem-solving with patients, families, and staff
- Recognize limitations and prioritize safety, effectiveness, and efficiency in patient care planning and delivery
- Grad of an Accredited Program
- Specialized field of study should be nursing
- A current and valid nursing license
- Must have BLS certification or get it within 30 days of starting in this role
- Candidates MUST have minimum of 1-year recent, full-time Cardiac ICU and/or Cardiovascular ICU/CVICU RN experience
