Job Description

As a Meat Clerk at Food City, you'll be responsible for:

  • Rotating and stocking perishable products to ensure high-quality items are always available to customers.
  • Packaging and wrapping various cuts, salads, and other products to meet customer needs.
  • Learning about different cuts of beef and pork to better assist customers with their purchases.
  • Assisting in grinding fresh burgers and ensuring the 18-hour grind policy is followed.
  • Cleaning the cutting room and cooler area to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
