Berry Global, Inc is seeking a skilled Printing Technician 1st Shift to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for performing and recording PMs, cleans and lubricates printers, modifies, repairs, and rebuilds printing machinery and equipment. You will also be responsible for performing mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair. Additionally, you will visually inspect and solve problem machines and equipment to locate causes of malfunctions, document repairs and maintenance of manufacturing equipment, and perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned. The ideal candidate will have a high school graduate or equivalent with 2+ years manufacturing, technical school &/or Associates degree from an accredited technical institute preferred, and must have 1-4 years experience in an industrial manufacturing environment or equivalent. Strong troubleshooting & mechanical skill sets are required. The successful candidate will work in a safe manner and be capable of complying with all Safety requirements including the use of PPE. Responsibilities:

* Perform and record PMs, cleans and lubricates printers
* Modify, repair, and rebuild printing machinery and equipment
* Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair
* Visually inspect and solve problem machines and equipment to locate causes of malfunctions
* Document repairs and maintenance of manufacturing equipment
* Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned

Requirements:

* High school graduate or equivalent with 2+ years manufacturing, technical school &/or Associates degree from an accredited technical institute preferred
* 1-4 years experience in an industrial manufacturing environment or equivalent
* Strong troubleshooting & mechanical skill sets
* Capable of complying with all Safety requirements including the use of PPE

Work Environment:

* 10 Hour Shift: 3:30am to 2:30pm Monday - Thursday
* Eligible for profit sharing bonus
* Report to front line leadership
* Work as a team member to obtain plant & departmental goals
