Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Nuvance Health. As a Physical Therapist PRN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough therapy examinations and develop personalized treatment plans to achieve patient goals.
  • Provide expert care to patients with a range of conditions, including oncology, lymphedema, amputee, spinal cord injury, stroke, total joint replacement, orthopedic, and neurologic.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless, coordinated care.
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to support staff, students, and assistants as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Current licensure to practice in Connecticut.
  • Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
  • CPR/AED certification.
  • Experience delivering comprehensive care in an outpatient setting.
