Mortgage Lending Executive

We are seeking an experienced mortgage originator to collaborate with our in-house real estate agents and receive a minimum of 100 buyer leads monthly.

This role is for a producing manager who will act as a market leader, earning an override on other loan officers in the same market.

As a mortgage originator with YourWayHome LLC, you will have the opportunity to directly engage with active, high-producing agents within our sister real estate company.

• Training in-house real estate agent teams on loan programs.
• Provide expert responses to referrals from Realtors and builders.
• Efficiently manage incoming leads and collaborate closely with agents.
• Utilize and update the company's CRM system effectively.
• Offer consultative mortgage options, pre-qualify borrowers, and handle loan application processes.

• NMLS license (or willingness to obtain one).
• Demonstrated experience in originating purchase loans (minimum $6 million in the last year).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proactive attitude towards engaging with provided leads.
• Proficiency in Microsoft/Google Suite and CRM systems.
