Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure HVAC equipment, including gas piping, flex and sheet metal duct systems, and copper refrigerant lines.
  • Perform brazing and soldering of copper refrigerant lines with precision and care.
  • Manage inventory on company vehicles, ensuring all parts are stocked and organized.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently, sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with company representatives, adhering to builders' schedules and providing clear explanations.
  • Complete all paperwork accurately at the end of each day.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards and protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Possess effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
  • Valid driver's license with no major driving infractions for 4+ years.
  • Must be able to pass a physical, drug screening, and background check.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, late nights, and overtime as needed.

  • Mechanical aptitude.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, with a focus on maintaining industry certifications through ongoing training.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
