We are seeking a skilled ICU Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Intensive Care Unit. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to critically ill patients and their families.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop plans to address these needs.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a BSN degree preferred.
- Current licensure in the State of Kansas as a Registered Nurse or current active multistate Registered Nurse license.
- BLS & ACLS - Health Care provider certification required.
- Experience in acute care nursing and ability to work in a stressful and emotional environment preferred.
