Job Summary:- Provide evidence-based interventions for individual students and groups of students.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) based on students' strengths and needs.
- Administer formal and informal assessments to identify students' communication needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement communication strategies.
- Provide coaching and training to stakeholders on communication skills and strategies.
- Plan and provide evidence-based interventions for students with communication disorders.
- Develop and implement IEPs based on students' strengths and needs.
- Administer formal and informal assessments to identify students' communication needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement communication strategies.
- Provide coaching and training to stakeholders on communication skills and strategies.
- Analyze and interpret assessment data to make recommendations for communication services.
- Serve on student support teams to develop and implement communication plans.
- Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology.
- Tennessee Department of Education Teacher's License (Practitioner/Professional School Services Provider).
- Preferred experience working with students with communication disorders.
This position requires regular attendance and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Speech-Language Pathologist will be required to work with students, teachers, and other professionals to develop and implement communication strategies.
