Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cabinet Maker Sr to join our team at Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for fabricating complex cabinets and other wood-surfaced subassemblies for installation in aircraft.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fabricate high-quality furniture and other wood-surfaced subassemblies using stationary and handheld tools.
  • Interpret material specifications and design/engineering drawings to ensure finished products meet design and engineering requirements.
  • Coordinate with supervision to ensure compliance with customer-approved design samples.
  • Utilize a variety of woodworking tools and techniques to achieve high-quality results.
  • Comply with and champion safety, 5S, and housekeeping policies to ensure the protection of aircraft interiors.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 4 years of experience in cabinetmaking.
  • Experience in the aerospace industry preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Advanced knowledge of cabinetmaking processes and products.
