Warranty Claims Specialist Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Warranty Claims Specialist to join our team at Findlay Toyota Henderson. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless warranty claims processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coding warranty repair orders with accuracy and efficiency
  • Verifying documentation and punch times in accordance with Toyota warranty requirements
  • Inputting warranty claims through Dealer Daily
  • Closing manufacturer warranty, extended warranty, pre-paid and complimentary maintenance repair orders
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Warranty Administrator
  • Experience with the Toyota brand preferred
  • Proficient knowledge of CDK preferred
