  • Teamwork and Communication: Work effectively with management and colleagues to achieve sales goals, resolve customer complaints, and maintain a positive store environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
