This part-time administrative coordinator position is responsible for supporting the enrichment program at Connecticut REAP. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate enrichment instructors, classes, and schedules">
  • Process registrations, returns, and payments">
  • Evaluate course utilization and satisfaction">
  • Seek out new course offerings to enhance the program">
  • Manage the Shoreline Adult Education website">
  • Create and proof the Shoreline Adult Education catalog">
  • Develop a visible online presence for all Shoreline Adult Education programs">
  • Prepare quarterly reports on enrichment program and marketing outcomes">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have experience working with a variety of people, multitasking in different settings, and being highly detail-oriented and organized. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite programs, as well as Canva. Social media experience and knowledge about adult education are pluses.

Estimated Salary:

">

The estimated salary for this position is $37,500-$43,750 per year, based on 28-29.5 hours of work per week at $25/hour.
