Estimated SalaryThe estimated salary for this opportunity ranges from $400,000 to $600,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This competitive compensation package includes a base salary, productivity-based incentives, and relocation assistance. Additionally, we offer comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a retirement plan and malpractice coverage with tail.
Job DescriptionAs a board-certified or eligible Infectious Disease physician, you will be responsible for providing primary and consultative care to patients with infectious diseases. You will work closely with our existing team, which includes two other Infectious Disease physicians, one physician assistant, and two medical assistants. Your duties will include:
- Conducting thorough evaluations and developing treatment plans for patients with complex infections
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate records and meeting regulatory requirements
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:
- A Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification or eligibility in Infectious Disease through the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) or the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS)
- A valid Texas medical license or eligibility for licensure
- Experience working in an ambulatory setting, preferably with a focus on Infectious Disease
