Tube Laser Machinist

We are seeking an experienced Tube Laser Machinist to join our team at Mayville Engineering Company, Inc. The successful candidate will have a strong background in operating CNC Tube Lasers and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

As a Tube Laser Machinist at MEC, you will be responsible for setting up and operating our CNC Tube Laser to produce parts according to specifications. This will involve reading job orders, understanding work instructions, and following safety protocols to ensure accurate and efficient production.

The ideal candidate will have laser cutting experience, preferably with a focus on metal fabrication. They should also be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and work effectively in a dynamic team environment.

Maintaining a clean and organized workspace is essential, as well as performing routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting problems as they arise.
