Job Title: Director of MEP Systems

We are seeking an experienced Director of MEP Systems to lead our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers and designers to deliver MEP systems for commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.
  • Develop and implement engineering standards and best practices to ensure high-quality designs and efficient project delivery.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and timely completion.
  • Develop and manage project budgets and schedules to ensure profitability and on-time delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements to ensure our designs meet the latest standards.

Requirements:

  • BS in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in MEP systems design and project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • PE license in PA or ability to obtain.
