About the Role:

  • Welcome guests with a smile and establish a rapport to ensure they feel valued.
  • Offer valuable insights into special promotions and upcoming events.
  • Maintain a positive and engaging atmosphere that encourages guest interaction.
  • Accompany guests to meet our Marketing Representative, who will present exclusive rewards for attending a timeshare presentation and touring the resort.

Key Qualities:

  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
  • An approachable, friendly, and energetic personality.
  • The ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • A comfort level in fast-paced environments.
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality is desirable.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
