We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities- Perform general nursing functions, including rooming patients, administering medications, collecting vital signs, and assisting physicians with procedures.
- Schedule appointments, return calls to patients, and assist with medication refills and patient education.
- May perform various health screenings, prior authorizations for medications, imaging, procedures, and other duties as assigned.
- Graduate from an accredited LPN or LVN school.
- Licensed as an LPN in the State of Arkansas.
- Microsoft Office Suite experience and knowledge of electronic medical records.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Valid Driver's License.
- One to three years of experience working in a busy clinic setting.
- Phlebotomy skills.
- Previous Home Health experience.
