Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general nursing functions, including rooming patients, administering medications, collecting vital signs, and assisting physicians with procedures.
  • Schedule appointments, return calls to patients, and assist with medication refills and patient education.
  • May perform various health screenings, prior authorizations for medications, imaging, procedures, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited LPN or LVN school.
  • Licensed as an LPN in the State of Arkansas.
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience and knowledge of electronic medical records.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Valid Driver's License.
Preferred Qualifications
  • One to three years of experience working in a busy clinic setting.
  • Phlebotomy skills.
  • Previous Home Health experience.
