We are seeking a qualified Weekend Nurse (LPN or RN) to join our team at Aspire Health Group. As a Weekend Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care in our Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation & Assisted Living facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice, as well as applicable state and federal regulations.
- Follow established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.
- Work collaboratively with Certified Nursing Assistants during shifts, including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is performed according to facility standards.
- Current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN or LPN.
- Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation & Assisted Living facilities is preferred.
- Must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care.
- Competitive pay rate with additional holiday pay and overtime hours may apply.
