Role Overview:
The Project Management Lead is essential in delivering top-tier analytics services. This role involves direct engagement in project oversight, business analysis, and the application of solutions, alongside client communication and the delivery of insights and results. As the Project Management Lead, you will serve as the primary liaison for a cross-functional team, ensuring successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Execution:
- Oversee all facets of project management, including planning, scheduling, staffing, risk assessment, quality assurance, communication, performance evaluation, and project closure.
- Employ project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMI, CRISP-DM) to effectively plan and oversee deliverables.
- Act as the principal contact for clients, managing risks and serving as the escalation point for any project-related issues.
- Develop and implement a communication strategy, incorporating regular team meetings, client updates, team feedback, and internal reporting.
- Ensure that deliverables are created and executed to meet or exceed client expectations.
- Maintain project management tools and trackers (e.g., hours tracking, budget management).
- Manage project timelines and budgets to align with client and internal profitability goals.
- Collaborate with staffing to assign appropriately skilled team members to projects.
- Assess client impact through metrics such as NPS, innovative solutions, and KPI enhancements.
Client Relations:
- Ensure service quality and assurance.
- Maintain effective communication and reporting.
- Support client relationship management initiatives.
- Practice Development:
- Broaden the company's business portfolio by identifying additional opportunities with existing clients and promoting the company's comprehensive offerings.
- Enhance organizational capabilities through post-project evaluations and recommendations.
- Work in tandem with the Sales Team to secure client business by understanding their needs, identifying key solution drivers, and determining scope and pricing.
- Contribute to practice growth through thought leadership and scalable solutions for business challenges.
Operational Oversight:
- Manage all internal processes related to project management, including project configuration and revenue cycle management.
- Guide the Accounting Department to ensure timely and accurate client billing.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Communicate, influence, and manage stakeholders at all levels, resolving conflicts and achieving clear outcomes.
Process Adherence:
- Ensure compliance with processes, documentation, and knowledge management practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or analytical field (Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics) or equivalent experience in related disciplines.
- 7+ years of relevant experience with strong project/program management capabilities, overseeing multiple work streams.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to shifting business priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with Cloud technologies, SQL, visualization tools, and advanced analytics techniques is preferred.

Compensation:
The compensation range for this position considers various factors, including skill sets, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs. The disclosed range is: $81,000 - $182,000. Additionally, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on performance.
Benefits:
As a full-time employee, you will have access to health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans. Eligibility for benefits begins on your first day of employment. You may also participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment. The Company offers 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of parental leave, along with a flexible PTO policy.
