Home Depot is a leader in the retail industry, and we are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineering Team Lead to join our team.

Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Director Martech who will be responsible for leading the development of our Martech messaging platforms. This includes email, paid media integrations, SMS, and intersection with our CDP and content orchestration capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the vendor landscape in this space and be able to lead both internal and external teams required to build capabilities.

This role will also involve partnering closely with Content teams and Data teams to drive personalization solutions within messaging channels.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work collaboratively with a matrix of Business, Product, and Tech teams.

Responsibilities
  • Leads the tech strategy and execution for Martech Messaging Platforms.
  • Brings a strong understanding of the vendor landscape in this space.
  • Partners closely with Content teams and Data teams.
  • Collaborates through a matrix of Business, Product, and Tech teams.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or related field.
  • Strong understanding of the cloud data landscape, Marketing CDP platforms, and flow of data/segmentation to drive customer personalization.
  • Experience being a technical leader for owned media and paid media platforms.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is $170,000 - $240,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
