About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to join our team at UF Health Shands Rehab Services. As a Massage Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing excellent patient care to individuals throughout north central Florida.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide therapeutic massage services to patients with a range of conditions, including oncology, lymphedema, and cardiopulmonary conditions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in massage therapy.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved school of massage required and/or certified by appropriate national professional organization(s).
  • Two years previous clinical experience preferred.
  • Demonstrates knowledge and skill in a broad range of massage therapy services and settings.
What We Offer

As a Massage Therapist at UF Health Shands, you will have the opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary center providing occupational, physical, and massage therapy services. We offer continuing education, journal clubs, staff mentoring, and the ability to be involved with student clinical education and our UF Health accredited residency programs in Sports and Orthopedics.
