About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Kia Georgia, Inc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our vehicles and manufacturing processes, with a focus on continuous improvement and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct field quality improvement and evaluation activities to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement quality activities in compliance with company goals, including the JD Power Initial Quality Survey and Vehicle Dependability Survey.
  • Drive and execute quality issue inspections in the field, production lines, and with vendors.
  • Prepare detailed plans, reports, and schedules for the Quality Assurance team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Materials, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering, or related field.
  • Two to five years of progressive experience in the engineering field in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
