  • Deliver complete user assistance for the organization's standard software applications to fulfill user and organizational requirements.
  • Employ remote support tools to troubleshoot and accurately diagnose hardware and software problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Exhibit adaptability to transition between various teams as needed.
  • Assess and test software and hardware solutions to evaluate their relevance and benefit to organizational operations.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in IT Help Desk support is essential.
  • Previous experience with Active Directory, O365, and other Windows-based technologies is required.
