Job Summary

As a MRI Technologist Lead at SSM Health, you will be responsible for leading the daily operations of assigned department's imaging services. This role requires a strong focus on quality, patient care, and workflow management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure quality in imaging, patient care, and workflow management
  • Monitor patient documentation for timely completion and accuracy
  • Oversee quality control testing, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Provide training and coaching to department staff
  • Perform staff evaluations and provide input on performance
  • Position patients and select anatomic and technical parameters
Requirements
  • Completion of a radiology or MRI certification program
  • Two years' experience in a related field
  • Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) certification
  • ARRT-MR Magnetic Resonance Imaging certification
Work Environment

This role is based at Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital in St. Louis, MO. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
