Job Description

As a Behavioral Technician at Maxim Healthcare Services, you will work one-on-one with children with Autism, helping them develop social skills, communication skills, and managing repetitive or restrictive behaviors.

You will be responsible for documenting child progress and milestones, and implementing behavior change plans created by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for working with children with special needs
  • Strong communication skills
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Completion of college coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, human development, or relevant experience in childcare or ABA therapy
