  • Food Preparation: Assemble food items at various stations throughout the production line, including weighing, measuring, and packaging our products.
  • Recipe Execution: Follow recipes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to assemble our frozen sandwiches, parfaits, chicken, tuna, egg salad, and other products.
  • Food Safety and Sanitation: Prepare and package food products in a safe and sanitary manner, adhering to food safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
  • Equipment Operation: Operate food processing equipment, including mixers, fillers, sealers, labelers, and steam kettles.
  • Record Keeping: Complete paperwork accurately and efficiently.
