Key Responsibilities- Teaching and Mentoring: Provide instruction and guidance to students in a clinical setting, helping them to develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the nursing profession.
- Curriculum Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of curriculum, ensuring that it is current, relevant, and aligned with industry standards.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Assess and evaluate student performance, providing feedback and guidance to help them improve.
- Professional Development: Stay current with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve teaching and learning.
- Education: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree or higher.
- Experience: Minimum of two years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Licensure: Active, current, unencumbered licensure as a Registered Nurse in the applicable state.
