Job Title: Senior Frontend Software Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Software Developer to join our team at Mastercard. As a Senior Frontend Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality, user-friendly, and scalable frontend applications using modern web technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop frontend applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to comprehend and design functional challenges, prototype new ideas, and new technologies.
  • Mentor junior developers and suggest tools, technologies, and best practices that improve stability.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Clients, UI/UX team, and UI Team to design and architect web UI for Microservice based web application.
  • Design and architect reusable/common components.
  • Empower UI teams in following best coding standards.
  • Hands on and influence team for front-end testing (Jasmine, Karma, Mocha, etc).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD.
  • Sitecore experience is a plus.
  • Recommend processes, services, software and other tools to support business objectives pertinent to user interfaces as well as infrastructure technologies.
  • Solve and guide UI teams on UI performance issues.
  • Working experience in Agile based software development environment.
  • Help to hire to grow and maintain a world-class front-end engineering team.

Requirements:

  • JavaScript, HTML, CSS and one of the following: Angular, React or Vue.
  • Workflow Automation Platform (Camunda or similar workflow platform), API development experience.

Benefits:

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
