Warehouse Operations Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Warehouse Operations team as Warehouse Workers or Warehouse Associates. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient processing and shipping of merchandise to our stores and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate processing and shipping of merchandise to meet customer expectations.
  • Operate powered equipment safely and efficiently, including pallet riders, scissor lifts, and forklifts.
  • Work at heights of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine, where applicable.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly goals.
  • Participate in safety trainings and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-50 pounds frequently and up to 60 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to accurately use basic math skills and read labels, tickets, and other product documentation.
  • Ability to operate computer systems or handheld devices with minimal direction.
