- Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming store environment, ensuring exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers.
- Operations: Assist with store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and administrative tasks.
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1+ year(s) of management/supervisory experience with direct reports.
- Skills: Strong basic math skills, familiarity with cash registers, computers, and calculators, and a strong command of the English language.
- Preferred Qualifications: College degree or equivalent, previous experience in leadership positions within retail and customer service industries, knowledge of basic optics, and state licensure (if applicable) and/or ABO Certification in non-licensed states.
