  • Operations: Assist with store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1+ year(s) of management/supervisory experience with direct reports.
  • Skills: Strong basic math skills, familiarity with cash registers, computers, and calculators, and a strong command of the English language.
  • Preferred Qualifications: College degree or equivalent, previous experience in leadership positions within retail and customer service industries, knowledge of basic optics, and state licensure (if applicable) and/or ABO Certification in non-licensed states.
