Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at PARS Therapy in Prosper, TX.

As a Speech Language Pathologist with PARS Therapy, you will have the opportunity to work with patients of all ages and backgrounds, providing direct speech therapy services, counseling, and consultations. You will also be responsible for creating goals and objectives for patients, preparing engaging exercises and activities, and reviewing patient files to ensure a clear understanding of their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform direct speech therapy services to patients as ordered by a physician and in accordance with the Plan of Care.
  • Prepare engaging exercises and activities to use during speech sessions with patients.
  • Provide counseling and consultations for new patients and their family members.
  • Create goals and objectives for patients to work toward and identify areas of progress and challenges.

Requirements:

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Therapy and Licensed in the State of Texas.
  • Proficiency in computer software commonly used for documentation and report preparation.
  • Master's degree in speech therapy is required.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and adherence to HIPAA legislation and other patient privacy laws.

This role offers a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including multiple major medical plans, spousal insurance, 401k options, and an internal awards and recognition program.
