Job Summary

The Respiratory Therapist is a vital member of our healthcare team, responsible for providing high-quality respiratory care to patients. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will work closely with our medical staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with respiratory conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer oxygen therapy and ventilator support to patients as needed
• Conduct aerosol therapy and airway clearance procedures to help patients breathe more easily
• Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Perform special procedures such as CPR and bronchoscopy as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Completion of a respiratory therapy program or equivalent experience
• Current licensure or certification as a respiratory therapist
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
