Eating Disorder Technician Residential is a critical role in our treatment team, responsible for providing support and care to patients throughout their treatment journey.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist patients during admission processes, including checking in belongings and acclimating to the program and milieu.
- Effectively communicate with families and loved ones, as appropriate.
- Support patients in daily activities, such as waking routines, hygiene, meals, and free time.
- Provide milieu management and communicate with team members.
- Engage in brief check-ins to support patients in using coping skills.
- Facilitate psychoeducational groups as scheduled.
- Accurately document patient progress on a daily basis.
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
- Or two years of experience in the mental health field, preferred.
- Current driver's license and good standing.
