Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring ABA Therapist to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with clients in their homes, providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions to help them reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ABA interventions to clients in their homes, tailored to their individual needs and goals.
  • Collect, record, and analyze data on client progress, and prepare it for presentation under the supervision of a BCBA.
  • Coordinate with other program staff to ensure consistency and effectiveness of therapy programs.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure effective therapy and support.
  • Assist in developing behavior intervention plans and implementing individualized ABA therapy programs.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Experience with ABA therapy or working with children with special needs is a plus but not required.
  • RBT certification is preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and adapt to the physical demands of the role.
  • Willingness to obtain In-Person First Aid/CPR certification.
