Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and repair boiler systems, identifying leaks and defects.
• Use blueprints and technical manuals to ensure precision in installation and repair.
• Operate gas torches to cut, shape, and fuse metal parts.
• Clean and maintain boilers and furnaces, ensuring optimal performance.
• Install and fit components, such as manholes, valves, and gauges, into boiler systems.
• Install refractory brick and mortar in fireboxes, ensuring stability and long-lasting performance.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in boiler systems, pressure vessels, and safety protocols.
• Proficiency in blueprints, technical drawings, gas torch operations, and refractory brick and mortar installation.
• Physical stamina to handle the demands of climbing, lifting, and confined spaces.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and secure DBIDS/TWIC credentials.
