As the liaison between the patient, hospital facilities, and government agencies, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout the process.
This role requires you to screen uninsured patients to determine eligibility for federal, state, and/or county medical or disability assistance. You will need to complete applications accurately and follow through until approval is obtained. Additionally, detailed documentation must be maintained in applicable company programs and hospital systems on all cases worked.
