Job Description

Aim High Equipment Rentals is seeking a Store Manager to lead our Wheatland store and drive exceptional customer service, equipment operation, and overall store performance.


This leadership role requires a qualified individual with exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in the construction industry and/or construction equipment, with a strong background in budget management, staff training, and customer satisfaction.


The Store Manager will be responsible for:

  • Meeting store revenue and corporate goals, maintaining cost controls, and ensuring equipment and overall store operation meets quality standards.
  • Contract administration, staffing plan development, and strategies to meet staffing needs.
  • Implementing store customer satisfaction goals, monitoring shop and parts inventory costs, and equipment service levels.
  • Overseeing staff training, daily operations, and ensuring effective communication throughout the store and to top management.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing department budgets, tracking progress, and ensuring store meets facility plan objectives.
  • Interviewing, hiring, training, and developing staff, as well as employee scheduling to meet demand.
  • Ensuring dispatch and delivery processes meet customer demand, maximizing merchandise sales, and ensuring inventory levels are efficient and cost-effective.
  • Managing/oversight of key processes for yard, shop, counter, deliveries, customer flow, and project management involving cross-functional issues.
