Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage design and construction work packages for electrical distribution systems
  • Ensure project and program deliverables meet client quality requirements
  • Lead a team of engineers and project managers to achieve project goals
  • Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project scope, schedule, and budget are met
  • Develop and implement engineering solutions to improve distribution system efficiency and reliability

Requirements:

  • BS Degree in an Engineering Discipline and 6+ years of relevant experience, or MS Degree in Engineering and 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Professional Engineer License in Hawaii or ability to obtain within 6 months
  • Knowledge of NESC Standards and distribution design tools such as BOUD, Pole Foreman, Spida-Calc, O-Calc
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders
