Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Construction Inspector to oversee daily contract compliance, conduct inspections, and ensure quality assurance on our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily inspections to ensure contract compliance and identify potential issues
  • Prepare and review daily field reports, including weather, contractor activities, and sub-contractor information
  • Review and approve contractor As-Builts to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Conduct quality assurance activities, including inspections, testing, and documentation
  • Coordinate with contractors, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
  • Monitor and report on project progress, including milestones and deadlines
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures
  • Perform additional duties as required to ensure project success
Requirements
  • Minimum OSHA 30 Hour training
  • Ability to pass a criminal history background check
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience working in a construction management environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
