About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Blue Heron Senior Living. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, toileting, and dressing
  • Provide personalized care and attention to residents, including feeding, transferring, and providing emotional support
  • Respond to resident call lights and requests for assistance in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain resident rooms and common areas, ensuring a clean and safe environment
  • Document resident care and vital signs, adhering to facility policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure residents receive comprehensive care
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of software applications, such as Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
