Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting and thanking every customer with a smile and eye contact
  • Operate cash register and handle cash transactions while adhering to all cash handling policies
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all food safety and security guidelines
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements:

  • Must be able to take phone orders and complete delivery and pickup tickets
  • Ability to stand, bend, and reach throughout assigned shift is important
  • Maintains professional appearance at all times in compliance with the Jimmy John's Dress Code
  • Must be able to lift 30-40lbs. regularly throughout shift
