Job Summary: As a Door Greeter at Forman Mills, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience by providing exceptional service and ensuring a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all customers entering the store are properly greeted and directed to the proper area.
  • Verify that all bags are properly checked in and that no opened food or drinks are entering the store.
  • Remain in contact with store management and loss prevention at all times via radio.
  • Direct customers with packages to check their packages.
  • Inspect contents of all employee purchases for valid receipts.
