Job Summary:
San Ramon Regional Medical Center is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, individualized patient care using the components of the nursing process.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, coordinate, and provide high-quality, individualized patient care using the components of the nursing process.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patients' needs.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust care plans as needed.
- Document patient care and progress in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Recent two (2) years RN ICU experience required; CV ICU RN experience preferred.
- Current BLS certification for Healthcare Providers (AHA certified).
- Current CPI – Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Training (within 90 days of hire).
