We're a multi-state, professional private practice of independent clinicians who visit patients and provide evidence-based geriatric care in the comfort of their own homes.
As a Geriatric Care Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to work autonomously, delivering proactive and evidence-based therapy to older adults in need.

Our clinicians are salaried with benefits and have the option to work overtime at the per diem rate, if desired.

What You'll Do:
Provide geriatric house calls to older adults
Deliver proactive and evidence-based therapy to older adults

A valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
A degree from an accredited physical therapy program
Basic computer literacy skills
Current CPR certification
Ability to wear PPE, including masks, face shields, goggles, gloves, and gowns
