Responsibilities:

  • Provides direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process.
  • Directs and supervises other team members.
  • Collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to achieve the highest standards of care.
  • Ensures a secure and safe patient environment by following safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current RN licensure appropriate to the state of practice.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule and fill in when needed.
  • Excellent bedside manner and communication skills.
  • Employee must successfully pass the Ishihara's Color Blind Test.

Salary and Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this position is between $31-$48 per hour. The total annual compensation can be calculated as follows: if you work 31 hours per week, your annual salary would be approximately $44,192; if you work 48 hours per week, your annual salary would be approximately $66,912.
