The Patient Service Representative (PSR) plays a vital role in ensuring patient satisfaction and efficient operations within our healthcare organization. As a key member of our team, the PSR works closely with physicians, managers, and support staff to deliver exceptional patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Check-in and Check-out: Perform patient registration and check-out functions, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of patient information.
  • Communication and Support: Respond to patient inquiries, provide information, and offer support to ensure patient satisfaction and comfort.
  • Clerical and Administrative Tasks: Perform basic clerical functions, such as copying, scanning, faxing, and mail distribution, to maintain a smooth and organized work environment.
  • Health Record Management: Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date health records, files, and documents as needed.
